Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as day-to-day point of contact for Guerlain's eRetail partners, delivering exceptional client service through clear written and verbal communication
- Manage negotiation and on-time delivery of partnership deliverables across onsite, media, social, and CRM channels
- Project manage new product launch calendars and ensure timely delivery of launch data and collateral in line with brand guidelines
- Perform regular audits of eRetailer sites and brand spaces to ensure compliance with global brand standards and full brand identity alignment
- Optimize product attributions and merchandise discovery across partner platforms with fully enriched product pages
- Manage Flix Media content pages including asset uploads, expiration removal, and HQ sign-off coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor GWP (Gift With Purchase) and sampling activities across eRetail partners
- Activate and monitor retail media performance across platforms (e.g., CRITEO, CITRUS), ensuring product feeds reflect current bestsellers and new product development
- Maintain weekly and monthly sales tracker updates and conduct performance analysis to identify key business drivers and drainers
- Support creation of presentations for internal stakeholders and partner strategy meetings
- Monitor competitive visibility on eRetailer platforms and report opportunities back to the business
- Update all necessary eBusiness trackers and manage e-trade plan documentation
Qualifications
- Graduate level education
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the digital or e-commerce space
- Knowledge of the UK beauty market and beauty industry
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational and relationship-building capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Process and efficiency-driven mindset
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience working in the digital space, ideally within eCommerce, eRetail, or digital merchandising environments. Exposure to beauty industry dynamics and e-retail operations is advantageous.
Education
Graduate level qualification.
