Role & Responsibilities

• Proactively sell Guerlain products and deliver luxury-standard service to customers, achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets
• Cross-sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units per transaction
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and propose personalised solutions, confidently addressing customer objections
• Conduct flash make-overs and confidently explain product benefits to customers
• Initiate contact with customers, welcome clientele at counter and through floor engagement
• Identify, understand, and reformulate customer needs to provide tailored recommendations
• Develop and maintain personal client relationships to build loyalty and repeat business
• Educate clients on Guerlain product ranges and brand heritage
• Participate in merchandise management in compliance with corporate guidelines
• Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies to counter management, and ensure adequate inventory
• Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned
• Maintain immaculate appearance and embody Guerlain brand elegance at all times
• Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
• Build collaborative relationships with department store management and comply with store protocols
• Perform additional duties as directed by management

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail
• Demonstrated expertise in cosmetics and make-up application
• Strong selling skills with proven ability to exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and consultative selling abilities
• Self-confidence and ease in engaging with high-end clientele

Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics consultation, or luxury goods sales, with proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-end customer service.
