Gucci is seeking a Client Advisor for its London – Multistore Heathrow location on a full-time, permanent contract. The role delivers personalised client experiences, builds lasting relationships and client portfolios, provides styling advice, and contributes to sales targets, category performance and store results.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding, personalised and elevated client experience before, during and after the sale, exceeding client expectations at every interaction.
- Build strong, authentic relationships with clients by placing them at the centre, actively listening to their needs and anticipating future desires.
- Develop and nurture a solid client portfolio to ensure proactive, loyal and growing business.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and sensitivity to materials and craftsmanship.
- Create personalised, versatile and timeless looks, acting as a stylist and trusted fashion adviser.
- Express a deep passion for fashion, trends and contemporary culture, translating them into relevant and inspiring styling proposals.
- Connect product storytelling with client lifestyles to reinforce emotional engagement and desirability.
- Drive individual sales performance and achieve KPI targets with a strong business mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
- Identify and maximise business opportunities through effective use of clienteling tools.
- Contribute actively to category performance and overall store results.
- Collaborate proactively with colleagues and management, fostering positive team spirit and collective success.
- Support front- and back-of-house activities as needed, contributing to smooth daily operations.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation reflects Gucci’s image.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in high-quality client service environments, preferably in fashion, luxury retail, accessories or luxury hospitality.
- Strong fashion sensibility and genuine passion for fashion culture and styling.
- Client-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Business-driven, proactive and results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create genuine, lasting client connections.
- Collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Comfort using digital tools and applications, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.
