Gucci Client Advisor - London Heathrow. Join Gucci's retail team in a full-time permanent role delivering luxury client experiences in fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieves individual sales and service KPIs by effectively leveraging available data and systems to assess performance and identify sales opportunities
- Employs sophisticated cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize transaction value and client lifetime value
- Curates engaging and emotionally resonant client experiences through best-in-class service delivery, adhering to hospitality guidelines and established welcome protocols
- Proactively builds strong client relationships, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated from the moment they enter the boutique
- Combines deep styling expertise with product knowledge to curate bespoke recommendations and mix-and-match offerings that align with each client's individual preferences
- Develops and cultivates both local and international clientele, strategically identifying and nurturing high-potential clients to drive business growth
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in luxury fashion retail or high-end hospitality environments
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and cultivating client relationships
- Deep passion for and comprehensive knowledge of Gucci and the luxury fashion industry
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced retail environments
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous
- Flexibility to work varied hours and days, including weekends as operationally required

Experience
Candidate should possess previous experience working in a high-end luxury fashion brand or premium hospitality setting, with a documented ability to consistently achieve sales targets and develop a loyal client base. Familiarity with boutique retail operations and clienteling practices is preferred.
Education
