The Sales Consultant delivers exceptional client service in the Goldsmiths Leicester showroom, builds lasting client relationships, works towards personal and team targets, and develops product knowledge and jewellery expertise. The role is full-time, with pay of £24,785 per annum (£12.71 per hour) plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent client service and ensure clients have an exceptional showroom experience.
- Work towards personal and team targets, contributing to the showroom’s success.
- Develop and continually update product knowledge and jewellery expertise.
- Share enthusiasm for the products with clients.
- Build close client relationships that extend beyond a single sale.
