Goldsmiths is seeking a Rolex Quick Service Aftercare Technician in Oxford to assess timepieces, carry out approved technical interventions and guide clients through repairs and servicing, from intake to collection. The technician will collaborate with clients, colleagues, watchmakers and Rolex service centres, supporting quality, compliance, aftercare performance and lasting client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assess timepieces and carry out approved technical interventions.
- Advise clients on repair and servicing requirements.
- Support clients throughout the aftercare journey, from intake through to collection.
- Work with clients, colleagues, watchmakers and Rolex service centres to uphold quality, compliance and luxury service standards.
- Contribute to aftercare performance and build lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Manage client queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Good manual dexterity.
- A craft-focused background in detailed, process-led manual work, through a profession, studies or hobby such as engineering, electronics, art, textiles or music.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours for VIP events.
- Willingness to train at remote locations within the UK.
