Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create personalized sneakers with clients using drawing, illustration, marker, watercolor, and acrylic painting techniques
- Guide clients through an immersive co-creation experience whilst maintaining brand heritage and narrative throughout the store environment
- Execute strategic cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Register and maintain customer profiles within the Golden App to enable effective customer segmentation and loyalty programs
- Maintain co-creation workstation standards in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines
- Manage inventory, opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with GDPR and health and safety regulations
- Leverage digital platforms including Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, and Stealth to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; additional language capabilities are advantageous
- Artistic aptitude with demonstrated hand-drawing proficiency in marker, watercolor, acrylic painting, and basic embroidery and sewing skills
- Minimum high school diploma; background or qualification in design preferred
- Strong empathy coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven problem-solving and time management capabilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business requirements
