Maison Francis Kurkdjian seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead the field retail team across the South, driving retail excellence, sales, productivity, brand standards and KPI delivery. The role leads regional performance, people development, clienteling, education and operational efficiency. Permanent, full-time, on-site position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver the regional retail strategy in line with the brand vision and business objectives.
  • Drive sales performance, productivity and brand standards across all regional doors.
  • Lead execution of retail priorities, launches, animations and commercial initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve store performance and implement action plans to maximize sales and KPI delivery.
  • Monitor regional performance and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Support annual regional sales targets and ensure each door has plans to achieve its objectives.
  • Monitor trading results and retail KPIs weekly and monthly.
  • Analyse sales, productivity, conversion, ATV, UPT and other key metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement actions to address underperformance and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Manage regional profitability through effective control of staffing (FTE) and agency staff budgets.
  • Lead, coach and motivate Account Managers and store teams to deliver commercial results.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and excellence.
  • Ensure consistent people-management practices across the region.
  • Support talent development and succession planning to build future team capability.
  • Monitor labour turnover and support initiatives to improve engagement, morale and retention.
  • Ensure exceptional execution of brand standards, service expectations and client experience across all locations.
  • Drive consistency in retail operations and ways of working across the region.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize retail opportunities.
  • Follow up on retail activations and provide feedback and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Support CRM recruitment and clienteling initiatives in line with brand objectives.
  • Work with the Education team to align training priorities with business needs and brand ambitions.
  • Support regional education plans, quarterly training activity and incentive strategies to maximize engagement.
  • Ensure teams have the product knowledge, selling skills and brand understanding needed to perform strongly.
  • Promote engagement with education initiatives and incentive schemes to drive performance.
  • Regularly review staffing productivity and activate action plans where required.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Support effective stock management and controlled investment, particularly around launches and peak trading periods.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication between head office, field teams and retail partners.
