Maison Francis Kurkdjian seeks a Luxury Brand Ambassador for its H Beauty counter in Milton Keynes. This permanent, part-time role is 22.5 hours across 3 days and focuses on fragrance expertise, sales targets, luxury client service, client loyalty and counter operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build fragrance expertise and use it to inspire clients and attract new customers.
- Advise and guide other Luxury Brand Ambassadors.
- Proactively sell products and provide luxury service.
- Work towards or exceed sales targets and remain aware of key performance indicators.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and recommend suitable products to clients.
- Demonstrate products to clients and confidently explain their benefits.
- Initiate customer contact and welcome clients at the counter.
- Identify, understand and reformulate client needs.
- Develop personal relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
- Educate clients about Maison Francis Kurkdjian.
- Participate in merchandise management.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Account Manager.
- Carry out operational and administrative tasks.
- Take accountability for the role and represent the brand.
- Follow company policies, build relationships with store management, and comply with store policies and procedures.
- Carry out additional duties as directed by the management team.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Creative, with the ability to recreate for clients the emotions a fragrance was designed to evoke.
- Tenacious and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers receive excellent luxury service.
- Driven and results-oriented, with the ability to grow the business through events and counter activity.
- Self-confident and comfortable approaching and engaging customers.
- Strong selling skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate knowledge of the brand.
- Able to identify key products suited to customers' needs.
- Immaculately groomed and presented, embodying the brand's elegance.
