Store Manager opportunity at Fendi Manchester — luxury retail leadership role on a fixed-term contract with LVMH.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and achieve store performance metrics and relevant KPIs
  • Assist in the selling process and demonstrate sales leadership to the team
  • Conduct daily briefings with the team and animate Team Board communications
  • Analyse business performance, propose and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales across product categories through cross-selling
  • Set performance targets for team members and individuals with defined KPIs
  • Monitor local trading environment and competitive activity to inform sales strategy
  • Manage and supervise the team in the execution of all company operating and stock procedures
  • Manage customer service quality to meet client expectations and deliver excellent service standards
  • Develop loyal FENDI clients through CRM tools, clienteling actions, and in-store events
  • Act as brand ambassador and strengthen relationships with VIP clients
  • Improve Mystery Shopper results through targeted action plans
  • Manage sales force to achieve sales goals and assign day-to-day tasks clearly
  • Motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork, and maintain harmonious staff relations
  • Enhance individual performance through monthly discussions and daily coaching
  • Collaborate with HR Department in recruiting qualified applicants to meet store needs
  • Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies with appropriate disciplinary procedures
  • Ensure proper management of staffing roster to provide adequate store coverage
  • Set up in-store training routines and conduct induction training for new staff
  • Identify individual and team training needs to develop talent and communicate to HR Department
  • Manage day-to-day administration and staff needs
  • Review and submit sales and operational reports to management in compliance with company KPIs and policies
  • Inform management of store-level decisions and procedures relating to business and staff issues
  • Control costs effectively and ensure efficient store operations
  • Ensure Fendi standards are applied and maintained across customer service, internal control, and back-office activities
  • Ensure visual merchandising is consistent with company standards and optimally displayed in alignment with sales performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a managerial role
