Estée Lauder seeks a Makeup Artist to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store customer experiences and contribute to store events and visual merchandising standards. The role is part-time and regular.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, using creative and technical makeup expertise.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
