Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, customer relationship management and team leadership.
- Guide team performance and hold team members accountable.
