Estée Lauder is seeking a Counter Manager in Chester to lead and develop Sales Associates and deliver sales, customer service and operational targets. The role owns business planning, customer recruitment and retention, in-store events, customer relationship management and team performance; it is a full-time regular position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
  • Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, customer relationship management and team leadership.
  • Lead a high-performing team and guide employees’ performance while holding them accountable.
  • Recognise and meet customers’ needs, including in difficult service situations.
  • Contribute to business planning, consumer insights, event management, customer relationship management and front-line marketing.

Qualifications

  • Retail sales experience.
  • Proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
