Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales turnover and market share whilst maintaining consistent consumer focus and brand image integrity
  • Maximise sales performance through excellent service delivery, retail standards, and effective selling techniques
  • Achieve and monitor daily and weekly sales targets, utilising commercial reports to inform decision-making
  • Plan and execute visual merchandising layouts in accordance with brand guidelines and agreed timescales
  • Manage daily stock replenishment and inventory across omnichannel sales avenues including events, digital, and traditional retail
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver industry-leading customer experience
  • Implement and monitor local marketing and events initiatives aligned with retailer activity and brand strategy
  • Maintain daily review of retail standards including product displays, housekeeping, messaging, and pricing accuracy
  • Oversee deliveries, stock movements, and associated administration within agreed company timeframes
  • Ensure all refunds and complaints are managed according to company guidelines to mutually satisfactory resolution
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify missed sales opportunities
  • Leverage social media and digital tools to drive business growth whilst protecting brand image
  • Create and maintain a safe working environment in compliance with company and retailer policies
