Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Beauty Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Drive sales turnover through consumer-focused selling and exceptional retail standards
- Execute brand strategy and deliver local marketing and events initiatives aligned with retailer activity
- Manage daily replenishment, inventory, and visual merchandising layouts to company guidelines
- Develop and implement consumer recruitment and retention strategies to grow a loyal customer base
- Ensure delivery of excellent service standards and zero consumer complaints culture through continuous improvement
- Monitor competitor activities and leverage digital and social media channels to protect and enhance brand image

- Review retail standards daily (product displays, housekeeping, pricing, messaging)

- Beauty or fragrance experience (desirable)
- Confidence in engaging with customers and understanding their needs

Proven experience gained in a fast-paced retail environment with demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams. Background in prestige beauty, fragrance, or luxury retail is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have exposure to business planning, consumer insights, event management, and front-line marketing within a retail setting.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further retail management or customer service training is advantageous but not required.
