Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all visual merchandising activities for store openings, including collateral orders, planogram creation, and material delivery coordination

- Conduct on-site support during store launches and key events, acting as the primary point of contact for store teams and VM implementation
- Manage supplier and printer relationships to ensure timely and accurate production of visual merchandising materials
- Oversee critical project milestones and deadlines to ensure store launch readiness
- Perform post-installation audits to verify visual merchandising accuracy and maintain detailed documentation of collateral and store layouts
- Maintain efficient inventory planning of visual merchandising collateral, prioritizing reuse and cost optimization
- Coordinate promotional and lightbox campaign rollouts across regional counters in alignment with brand standards
- Maintain a comprehensive database of store details, visual merchandising components, and layouts across the EMEA region
- Process purchase orders, track budgets, and manage invoices to ensure financial accuracy
- Serve as primary liaison for visual merchandising discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- Support Commercial teams with visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility and elevate in-store experience
- Present regular updates and detailed reports to senior stakeholders, including Regional Business Directors and Marketing Managers
Qualifications
- Head Office experience in visual merchandising, preferably within Beauty or Retail sectors
- Proven experience working with visual merchandising suppliers and retail partners
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
- Strong organizational capabilities with capacity to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Adaptability and creative thinking with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Experience with SketchUp is advantageous
