Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Store Manager for The Cosmetics Company Store in Swindon to lead and develop Sales Associates, deliver sales and service targets, manage store operations, and build customer relationships through strategic planning and in-store events. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours across five days, including retail hours, nights, weekends and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and effective team leadership.
- Set sales and customer service targets, analyse sales and schedule staff.
- Manage retail operations, including inventory, facilities and cash reconciliation.
- Create and execute in-store events.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the UK if invited to interview.

Experience
Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics; previous experience in business planning, retail operations, in-store events and retail point-of-sale software.
