Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operational tasks and store management
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and safe management
- Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and compliance with brand guidelines
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service and product expertise across all luxury beauty categories
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and organization
- Address operational challenges and escalate issues to management as appropriate
Qualifications
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Passion for delivering inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexible availability across various days and hours to support store scheduling requirements
Skills
Experience
While not essential, previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is highly desirable. Prior supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is also valuable.
