Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations and efficiency
- Execute store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security protocols
- Provide supervisory support and guidance to sales team members on customer service and sales targets
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve departmental performance objectives
- Deliver personalized, authentic, and inspirational customer service across all premium brands
- Monitor store standards and visual merchandising presentation
- Manage store inventory and stock procedures as directed
Qualifications
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capability (desirable)
- Passion for delivering inspirational and personalized customer service
- Flexible availability across varying days and hours to support store scheduling needs
