Role & Responsibilities

• Build and execute the regional implementation plan for temporary fixtures, print, and premium merchandise, ensuring strategic alignment with the Stores Value Chain strategy and minimizing duplicate vendor engagements
• Develop and manage the sourcing pipeline for subcategories within the region according to Spend Area strategy, driving new initiatives and market opportunities
• Track and proactively manage cost and cash targets throughout the fiscal year, ensuring achievement of financial objectives including optimized payment terms
• Conduct strategic supplier relationship management (SRM) for key vendors, including bi-annual business reviews, satisfaction evaluation, and business development opportunities
• Champion sustainability, innovation, and supplier inclusion and diversity principles across responsible subcategories
• Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned categories, leveraging market intelligence, competitive analysis, and industry best practices
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of procurement standards, processes, tools, and policies across the region
• Execute regional sourcing activities, lead RFX processes, and participate in global RFX initiatives as required
• Maintain and optimize the preferred vendor list by managing supplier base consolidation and reducing supplier tail
• Develop robust contracts with clear stakeholder visibility and adoption mechanisms for implementation and rollout
• Ensure data accuracy, benchmarking, and continuous evolution of the print catalog and demand management
• Actively participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to continuous process improvement and procurement performance optimization
• Manage internal dashboards tracking KPIs, cost savings, opportunities, and potential risks or blocking points
• Complete all mandatory training and engage in continuous professional development

Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience in Indirect Procurement, preferably with expertise in Print, Premiums, Gift with Purchase (GWP), and Temporary Visual Merchandising categories
• Strong foundational procurement skills with demonstrated expertise in Spend Area execution
• Excellent collaboration and team ethic with proven ability to work effectively within matrix team environments across Spend Areas and regional affiliates
• Strategic thinking capability with demonstrated experience contributing to the development and execution of Spend Area strategy
• Advanced stakeholder relationship management skills with strong communication and presentation abilities
• Strong project management skills, including flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, organizational rigor, and capacity to manage multiple simultaneous projects efficiently
• Proficiency with sourcing tools such as Ariba (Ariba Sourcing or equivalent procurement platforms)
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate RFI and RFP documents, perform detailed comparisons, should-cost modeling, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis
• Ability to develop relevant scoring cards based on predefined business criteria

Experience

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive procurement experience, with substantial background in indirect procurement categories such as Print, Premiums, Visual Merchandising, or related commodity areas. Demonstrated success managing multiple sourcing initiatives, vendor relationships, and cost optimization programs in a global or multi-regional environment. Experience working collaboratively within matrix organizations across cross-functional stakeholder groups.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline. Professional certifications in procurement (CIPS, APICS, or equivalent) are preferred.
