The Beauty Advisor combines creative and technical makeup expertise with a passion for people to deliver personalized customer experiences, support in-store events and uphold visual merchandising standards. This is a 24-hour-per-week part-time role at Belfast International Airport, with excellent training and development and a competitive remuneration and benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, using creative and technical makeup expertise.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
