Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales turnover and market share growth whilst maintaining a consumer-focused approach and credible brand image
- Maximize sales performance through strategic selling, superior customer service, and adherence to retail standards
- Develop and execute a consumer recruitment and retention strategy to cultivate brand loyalty
- Plan and deliver visual merchandising layouts in compliance with brand guidelines and timescales
- Manage daily stock replenishment and identify commercial opportunities using sales reports
- Ensure daily/weekly sales targets are understood and tracked across the team
- Maintain awareness of competitor activities and omnichannel sales opportunities including events and digital channels
- Leverage social media to drive business growth and protect brand image
- Deliver local marketing and events initiatives aligned with retailer activity
- Oversee refunds and complaints in line with company guidelines, escalating complex issues to the Area Manager as needed
- Ensure all retail operations—product presentation, housekeeping, displays, pricing—meet company standards
- Conduct daily retail audits to maintain required standards and take corrective action where necessary
- Manage deliveries, stock movements, and associated administration within company timeframes
- Implement company security policies and procedures to minimize stock loss
- Create and maintain a safe working environment for consumers and staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements
- Maintain audit compliance, targeting an 'Acceptable' grading minimum across all operational activity
- Develop and maintain current product knowledge to deliver industry-leading consumer experiences
