Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational customer service and product education at the Estée Lauder counter
- Apply make-up artistry skills to enhance customer experience and drive product trial and sales
- Participate in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and counter presentation to differentiate the brand
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively within the store team to achieve sales targets and brand objectives
- Work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events as scheduled
Qualifications
- Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience, or demonstrated creative and technical expertise at amateur level
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Capability to work in a fast-paced retail environment across varying shift patterns including weekends and evenings
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom

Amateur-level or professional make-up artistry experience is welcome; previous retail make-up or cosmetics counter experience is preferred but not required.
Education
Qualification in make-up artistry is desirable but not essential.
