Role & Responsibilities
- Apply makeup artistry techniques to create personalized looks and educate customers on product usage and benefits
- Deliver inspirational and authentic customer service while building relationships and driving sales transactions
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store to ensure competitive positioning
- Actively participate in in-store promotional events and campaigns to drive engagement and sales impact
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to achieve store performance targets
- Support inventory management and product knowledge development across the Estée Lauder brand portfolio
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail beauty experience (preferred, but not required)
- Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Competency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom with documentation available upon request
