Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative makeup application and beauty advice to customers, delivering personalized in-store experiences that educate and inspire
- Execute professional makeup applications using technical expertise and creative vision to meet diverse customer preferences
- Collaborate with the store team to coordinate and execute in-store beauty events and promotional activities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the beauty counter to ensure competitive presentation and brand alignment
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Work flexibly across retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise acceptable
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
