Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational customer service and product education across makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories
- Perform makeup consultations and demonstrations to identify and address individual customer needs
- Execute in-store events and promotions to create impact and drive sales performance
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to differentiate against competitors

Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Proven ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
