Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational, and authentic beauty consultations and makeup application services to customers
- Create welcoming in-store experiences that educate clients and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activities that generate impact and brand awareness
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards across the beauty counter to ensure competitive differentiation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently during transactions
- Work flexibly across retail hours including daytime, evening, weekend, and special event shifts in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail beauty experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise accepted

- Capability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems

Experience
