Dorchester Collection operates hotels including The Dorchester in London, Hôtel Plaza Athénée and Le Meurice in Paris, and The Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles County. Its properties hire across rooms, restaurants, kitchens, engineering and guest services.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across hotel departments, partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and attract talent.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and creative recruitment initiatives, building strong talent pipelines.
• Create engaging job advertisements and represent The Dorchester as an employer of choice by communicating its culture, values and career opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates and support hiring managers throughout the selection process, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
• Manage offers and pre-employment checks, working with the People & Culture team to support successful candidates’ onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting, monitor vacancies and recruitment activity, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Build relationships with colleagues across the hotel, provide recruitment advice and support workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in luxury hospitality, hotels or a similarly service-led environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Creative approach to attracting talent, building candidate networks and taking ownership of the recruitment process.
• Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and colleagues, understand their needs and provide a supportive, solutions-focused approach.
• Discretion in handling sensitive candidate information and accuracy in maintaining recruitment records.
• Confident, professional communication in English.

Experience

Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment; luxury hospitality, hotels or a similarly service-led environment is preferred.
