Role & Responsibilities

• Manage social media activities for The Dorchester, Coworth Park and 45 Park Lane.
• Implement Dorchester Collection’s social media strategy and create engaging, relevant content for social media channels.
• Collaborate with the brand marketing team on content creation, aligning it with paid social activity overseen by the Digital team.
• Attend and manage content shoots, coordinating with hotel operations to ensure smooth delivery.
• Attend hotel events to capture and edit relevant content, using a camera and iPhone.
• Safeguard the visual aesthetic of all social media channels, curating a look and feel aligned with Dorchester Collection’s wider visual strategy.
• Manage regular posting across The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park channels.
• Write creative, engaging and accurate social copy and captions aligned with the brand’s tone of voice.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Social Media and Content Executive, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service ethic.
• Fluent English.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience managing high-profile social media channels.
• Comfort presenting ideas and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of executing successful social media campaigns.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A strong eye for an appealing aesthetic across social media.
• Previous experience with reporting platforms.
• Highly organised and able to thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
