A Night In-Room Dining Waiter at 45 Park Lane delivers five-star guest service overnight, builds familiarity with new and regular guests, and fulfils special food and beverage requests with management support. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver five-star service and attend to guests’ needs, getting to know both new and regular guests to ensure an excellent experience.
- Fulfil special guest requests, including purchasing specific food or beverage items, serving off-menu requests, pre-ordering meals and placing additional fridges in rooms, with support from the management team.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service ethic.
- Comfort communicating in English, the hotel’s primary language.
