About Dorchester Collection

The In-Room Dining Waiter prepares and delivers guest orders and requests, provides five-star service, and fulfils special food and beverage requests in collaboration with the management team. The role requires coordination with other hotel departments and comfortable communication in English; it is permanent and full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare trolleys for delivery to guestrooms and deliver guest orders and requests while providing five-star service.
- Understand the needs of new and regular guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Fulfil special guest requests, including specific food and beverage items, off-menu orders, pre-ordered meals, additional in-room refrigerators and special events, with support from the management team.
- Communicate with other departments and the wider hotel team to ensure coordinated service.
- Work with the management team to bring the department’s vision to life and embody the hotel’s values of Personality, Passion, Respect, Working Together and Creativity.
Qualifications
- Comfort communicating in English, the primary language used in the hotel.
