The Hotel Receptionist at 45 Park Lane manages reservations and table allocations, welcomes and seats guests, fulfils special requests, and liaises with hotel departments. The role is permanent, full-time, and shift-based; operational hours may change.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage reservations and table allocations during each shift.
- Meet and greet guests, escort them to their allocated tables, and bid them farewell on departure.
- Fulfil guests’ special requests, including dietary requirements, food and drink preferences, and special occasions.
- Communicate with other departments and the wider hotel team to maintain alignment.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills.

- Strong verbal communication skills in English, the primary language used in the hotel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word.
