Role & Responsibilities
- Check, coach and communicate clearly with the housekeeping team, remaining attentive to guest needs and detail to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Fulfil guest requests, including special room set-ups, additional supplies, furniture moves, supply collection, deep cleaning of guest rooms and special-occasion arrangements.
