The Digital Marketing and Content Executive supports digital campaigns, content and ecommerce activity for The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park, driving revenue, engagement and brand awareness across digital channels. The role coordinates with hotel and corporate teams and external partners to deliver campaigns to a high standard; it is a permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue, engagement and brand awareness through digital marketing, content and ecommerce activity.
- Deliver and optimise digital campaigns across websites, email, search, social media, online travel agencies and third-party platforms.
- Manage content and use data-driven insights to ensure digital touchpoints reflect the luxury positioning of the brands and support commercial objectives.
- Coordinate content and campaign requirements with hotel teams, corporate digital teams and external partners, building working relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing, content, ecommerce or hospitality marketing role within luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
- Experience working with CRM and email platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO tools.
- Understanding of paid media channels, including Meta and Google Ads.
- Experience managing OTA content and ecommerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of image editing and creative briefing processes.
- Fluent English.
