Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver agreed sales KPIs focusing on sales, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), conversion rate, and CRM metrics
- Approach and assist every customer to achieve sales targets whilst maintaining strong relationships
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, industry trends, and awareness of promotions and new launches
- Ensure the counter is maintained at the highest standard of cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
- Support implementation and maintenance of visual animations, seasonal campaigns, and gift-wrapping services
- Record and monitor all sales contacts and customer requirements for CRM purposes
- Collaborate with team members on in-store and off-site events as required
- Attend mandatory training sessions and maintain compliance with company dress code and grooming standards
- Assist the Counter Manager with additional duties and boutique reporting as needed
- Adhere strictly to host store cash handling guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- Proven track record in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail sales
- Strong customer service expertise with confidence in public-facing interactions
- Ability to work flexibly, including Saturdays and select Sundays
- Impeccable personal grooming and professional appearance reflecting luxury brand standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail with a demonstrated sales record is essential. Candidates should showcase self-motivation, the ability to work independently and with a team, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences in a high-performance environment.
