Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement action plans to develop sales for each product category and clientele, both local and tourist
  • Act as a brand ambassador and strengthen relationships with VIP clientele while monitoring local trading environment impact
  • Maintain adequate client and prospect databases and drive CRM activities to win and retain customers
  • Support and manage omni-channel activities ensuring full compliance with corporate standards and guidelines
  • Optimize inventory accuracy, merchandise assortment, and stock mix based on sales trends and customer demands
  • Achieve financial objectives, propose action plans, and adapt quickly to changing market situations
  • Hire, coach, and develop team members to provide excellent and specialized customer service
  • Develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
  • Implement OTB standards including Selling Ceremony, Visual guidelines, and Grooming standards

  • Create staff schedules and streamline workflow
  • Ensure proper store maintenance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising according to VMD guidelines

  • Establish and maintain store facility safety management systems
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and disasters

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Previous store management experience in retail
  • Experience from a luxury brand is mandatory
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and build respectful working relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and feedback skills
  • Digital awareness and comfort navigating social media and e-commerce platforms
