Diesel seeks an Assistant Store Manager in London Westfield White City to drive sales, mentor retail staff, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support colleagues in creating memorable client experiences and hand-crafted retail moments
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and Store Manager to drive individual and collective performance targets
- Mentor and coach team members by offering proactive insights, reflections, and experiential guidance
- Develop and implement business action plans to enhance sales across product categories and customer segments
