Coach seeks an experienced Store Supervisor for its Ashford Outlet location. Lead sales floor operations, manage teams, and drive customer experiences with base pay of £31,200–£34,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
- Establish trust, maintain integrity, and support collaboration within store and across the organisation to promote a fair, positive, inclusive culture
- Monitor and analyse sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualised team development to increase overall customer experience
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Support store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training
- Provide necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
- Enforce team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational procedures
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with both internal and external partners
- Create a customer-centric culture and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team
- Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at lead supervisor level
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry and move at least 25 pounds; ability to lift and carry product, cartons, props or fixtures up to 50 pounds
