Coach Stock Associate (32hrs, part-time) in Bicester, UK. £30,160–£32,000 per annum. Luxury retail inventory and merchandising role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process merchandise efficiently through pricing, labeling, and placement according to visual merchandising standards
- Assist with daily operational tasks including receiving, tagging, and inventory processing
- Support sales associates on the retail floor and participate in store-wide initiatives
- Handle returns, exchanges, and damaged goods following established procedures
- Utilize inventory management systems and technology to track and update stock levels
- Foster a collaborative team environment and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
- Participate in brand initiatives and training programs
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or warehouse experience, or a combination of education and equivalent experience
- Experience with inventory management systems, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), and ability to read product/release sheets
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and organize merchandise regularly
- Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory processing
Skills
Experience
1+ years of retail, warehouse, or inventory management experience in a fast-paced environment. Luxury retail background is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional retail or warehouse certification is advantageous but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from GBP 30,160 to GBP 32,000 per annum.
