Role & Responsibilities
- Understand how individual productivity affects store performance.
- Act as a Coach brand ambassador.
- Model sales behaviours from company training programmes, including omnichannel sales and virtual selling services.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor.
- Consistently achieve sales goals.
- Serve multiple customers simultaneously.
- Anticipate and consistently meet customers’ needs, delivering service in line with Coach Experience standards.

Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
- Experience operating POS systems; basic computer proficiency, including iPad, laptop and Mobile POS; walkie-talkie use; and ability to read price and release sheets.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to manoeuvre around the sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store-climbing requirements.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak season and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays.
- Eagerness to learn live-stream shopping techniques, introduce products, demonstrate features and benefits, and work with the social selling team to create short videos on camera.
- Knowledge of social media and a keen understanding of trends across social media platforms.
- Ability to engage customers in signing up for Coach marketing and clienteling communications to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English-language proficiency.
