Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up systematically to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to meet business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and fully stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection guidelines
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required to support store operations
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage overall team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback constructively, adapt behaviors as needed, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Demonstrated knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS devices, iPad, and laptop technology
- Ability to read and interpret price sheets and product release information
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive retail landscape is essential. Familiarity with digital retail tools, social media platforms, and omni-channel selling approaches is advantageous. Experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstration capabilities is preferred.
