Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultations and in-store demonstrations to deliver an inspirational and welcoming customer experience
- Create and execute in-store events and promotions to drive engagement and sales within a high-performing team environment
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product displays to ensure competitive positioning
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Build authentic customer relationships through product education and consultative selling
- Support the store in achieving performance targets and brand standards
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to demonstrate high-level creative and technical makeup expertise
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom
