Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales turnover and market share by maintaining a consumer-focused approach and reflecting a credible, professional brand image
- Maximize sales through effective selling techniques, excellent service delivery, and adherence to retail standards
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets whilst managing all commercial reports and making data-driven commercial decisions
- Develop and execute a consumer recruitment and retention strategy to grow a loyal customer base
- Plan and implement local marketing and events initiatives aligned to retailer activity and brand strategy
- Execute visual merchandising layouts according to guidelines and agreed timescales, ensuring daily display excellence

- Ensure all health and safety responsibilities and operational activities achieve minimum 'Acceptable' grading during audits
- Manage daily stock replenishment and minimize stock loss through rigorous implementation of company security policies
- Identify trends and product performance issues, making recommendations to enhance commercial performance
- Maintain awareness of competitor activities, missed opportunities, and all additional sales avenues including events, omnichannel, and digital channels
- Leverage social media effectively to drive business and protect brand image
- Deliver excellence in service execution by implementing continuous improvement measures and fostering a 'surprise and delight' culture

- Commercial understanding and awareness of the beauty and cosmetics industry
