Clinique Beauty Consultant, John Lewis Milton Keynes, 30 hours/week maternity cover position with Estée Lauder Companies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative makeup artistry services that educate and inspire customers
- Execute makeup applications utilizing creative and technical expertise to enhance customer experience
- Develop and execute in-store events and campaigns in collaboration with the team to drive sales impact
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the beauty counter to ensure competitive differentiation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently during transactions

Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom
