The Clinique Beauty Consultant creates a personalised customer experience and sells skincare, makeup and fragrance at Boots Trafford. This is a temporary role working 37.5 hours over 5 days.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional customer experience, making clients feel valued, respected, connected and confident.
- Sell Clinique products across skincare, makeup and fragrance.
- Understand clients’ skincare and makeup goals and recommend personalised routines.
Qualifications
- Passion and energy for delivering inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Desire to understand clients’ skincare and makeup goals and confidently recommend tailored routines.
- Flexible availability across days and hours; availability can be discussed with the hiring manager before or during the interview.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial.
- Proof of the right to work in the country.
