Clinique is seeking a Beauty Advisor for a 37.5-hour full-time role at Boots Brent Cross. The advisor delivers personalised customer experiences, supports in-store events and visual merchandising, and may bring professional or amateur makeup artistry experience; training and development and a competitive remuneration and benefits package are offered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise to provide personalised customer service.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets high visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
