Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultation and application services to customers, combining creative vision with technical expertise
- Deliver inspirational and authentic customer service that reflects the Clinique and Dr Jart+ brand values
- Execute in-store events and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and sales impact
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and counter displays to stand out against competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and complete all transactional duties accurately
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve store performance targets
Qualifications
- Certification in make-up artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom

Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are welcome to apply.
Education
Certification in makeup artistry is preferred but not required. Applicants without formal certification must demonstrate equivalent creative and technical expertise.
