Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, inspirational in-store beauty consultations and makeup application services to educate and delight customers
- Combine creative and technical makeup expertise to provide authentic, engaging customer experiences
- Collaborate with the store team to execute impactful in-store events and brand activations
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards across the Clinique and Dr Jart beauty counters to differentiate the brand
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions
- Work flexibly across retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise considered
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom

Experience
Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; candidates with amateur-level experience but demonstrable creative and technical expertise are encouraged to apply.
