Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational makeup consultations and demonstrations to customers in-store
- Execute makeup applications showcasing creative and technical expertise tailored to individual client needs
- Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and deliver in-store events and activations
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards and product displays to maximize brand visibility and competitive differentiation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently during transactions
- Work flexibly across assigned retail hours including daytime, evening, weekend, and special event coverage
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise at amateur level or above
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience operating retail point-of-sale software
- Legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom

Experience
While certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, the employer welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise and a genuine ability to provide inspirational customer service.
