Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup application and beauty consultation services that educate and delight customers during in-store interactions
- Execute makeup artistry with creative and technical excellence, combining artistic vision with technical proficiency
- Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and deliver compelling in-store beauty events and activations
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards throughout the beauty counter to differentiate the brand competitively

Qualifications
- Formal qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to execute creative and technical makeup artistry, including amateur-level experience with high proficiency
- Proven capacity to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special event shifts
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom, with proof available upon interview request

Experience
While formal makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, candidates with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical capabilities are welcome to apply.
